The first consultation and rough estimate are free.
We translate the mood you like into your business context.
We stay with the small improvements after launch.
In the first consultation, we clarify what page you actually need.
Before any contract, we listen to your business situation, goals, reference sites, and budget range, then sort whether an LP, a website, or a smaller first step makes sense.
The first consultation and rough estimate are free. You do not need to commit just because we talked. We decide the main action the site should earn: inquiry, hiring, booking, purchase, or trust.
We judge whether an LP is enough or whether a multi-page website is worth building.
We translate the mood you like into structure, copy, visuals, and flow for your business.
We clarify budget, timing, materials, and payment timing before the project starts.
Sample works
Public case studies are still limited, so these samples show how we think through audience, message, and the action each page needs to earn.
While the public track record is small, we show the thinking.
Rather than pretending to have more case studies than we do, each sample explains the assumed problem, design direction, and quality checks so clients can judge the work before asking.
We define whose anxiety or hesitation the page needs to reduce.
We design the path to inquiry, application, booking, or purchase.
We check mobile layout, speed, forms, and SEO foundations.

What we offer
Two production services. Choose the one that fits your stage and goal.
Landing Page
Distill your message into a single page that moves the visitor. In week one we build the structure and design base for review; in week two we reflect feedback, refine, and deliver.
- Conversion-focused wireframe design
- Copywriting consultation included
- Mobile-first & speed-tuned
- A/B test variations available
Web Site
A full corporate site, shaped by thoughtful dialogue. We usually build the site foundation in two weeks for review, then use the next two weeks for revisions, polish, and delivery.
- short sessions as needed, recorded and minuted on our side
- Target setup & sitemap design together
- CMS, contact form, SEO included
- 3 months of post-launch care
We can start from “I want a site like this.”
If you have reference sites or a mood you like, we do not copy them directly. We break down what works: spacing, photography, tone, flow, and motion, then rebuild those ideas around your business.
- Share URLs for sites or moods you like
- Extract the useful qualities instead of copying
- Adapt structure to your industry, audience, and goal
- Build the mobile view and inquiry path properly
A reliable site is built on more than the surface.
A page can look polished quickly. But a site that can support inquiries needs the hidden layer too: speed, mobile behavior, forms, SEO foundations, and code that is easy to maintain after launch.
- Responsive layouts that hold up
- Contact form behavior checks
- Speed and SEO foundations
- Maintainable code structure
Small, honest, and built with a strong production system.
Studio Rin is owner-led: one accountable point of contact, supported by AI-assisted design, writing, implementation, and review from an experienced web designer.
We are not at the stage where we can line up a long list of major case studies. So instead of inflating credentials, we make the production process transparent. The owner leads the project, understands the business, manages priorities, and makes final decisions. Claude and Codex support planning, copy, implementation, and verification. A designer with roughly six years across major production companies and freelance web design reviews the work for visual polish, flow, spacing, and mobile quality. The goal is not to look bigger than we are; it is to make each page more useful, clear, and durable.
Leads discovery, direction, priorities, and final decisions. You get one clear point of contact and a project that stays tied to its purpose.
Used for wording, structure, FAQs, and positioning drafts. AI expands options; people make the decisions.
Supports implementation, browser checks, fixes, and quality control so the site becomes easier to maintain and harder to break.
Reviews visuals, flow, spacing, and mobile behavior through roughly six years across major production companies and freelance web design.

Why we use AI, and where we do not let it decide
Claude and Codex are used to increase thinking, drafting, implementation, and verification cycles. They are not a replacement for responsibility. Final judgment, business understanding, and wording accountability stay with people.
Benefits
- More structure, copy, and improvement options early in the project
- Faster implementation and browser-check loops, which helps catch small issues
- Additional review angles for wording, flow, and FAQ gaps
Risks we manage
- AI output can be wrong, so facts, tone, and claims are reviewed by people
- Generic wording is easy, so the unique message must come from discovery
- Confidential or unpublished information is handled carefully and not entered unnecessarily
How we work
I welcome your business as my own work. To do that, the first dialogue matters most.
For Web Site projects, I move my hand after the conversations needed to understand the work. LPs usually review the base in week one and deliver after revisions in week two. Corporate sites usually review the foundation after two weeks, then use the next two weeks for polish and delivery.
Payment flow
For web production, it is common to pay part of the fee before work begins and the remaining balance before launch or delivery. Studio Rin generally uses a two-part payment flow so both sides can proceed with clarity.
Free consultation & rough estimate
We first listen to the project and share the likely scope and rough budget. No fee is charged at this stage.
Official estimate & agreement
We confirm scope, timeline, revision rounds, and payment terms before production starts.
50% deposit
After agreement and before production begins, 50% of the total fee is paid to reserve the production slot.
50% balance
The remaining balance is paid before launch or delivery. After confirmation, we proceed with launch or handoff.
Installments and invoice timing can be discussed depending on project size, client type, and schedule. The official estimate lists the amount, due dates, and production scope before work begins.
What we ask
You do not need perfect answers before the first call. These are the core discovery areas common in professional web production, organized into six categories so we can discuss only what is relevant.
01 Goal & Background
- Why now? Why this site?
- Primary goal: inquiries, hiring, trust, sales, or awareness
- Current pains, concerns, and failures to avoid
02 Audience & Action
- Who is the ideal visitor?
- What pains does that visitor have?
- What action should they take: inquiry, application, booking, etc.
03 Competitors & References
- Competitors and companies visitors may compare you with
- Reference sites you like or dislike, and why
- Sites that feel close to the mood you want
- Points of differentiation in price, strengths, and presentation
04 Pages & Features
- Required pages: home, service, company, FAQ, etc.
- Required functions: forms, CMS, booking, social links, etc.
- Mobile priorities and primary buttons
05 Assets & Brand
- Logo, photos, copy, brochures, and company material
- Tone, colors, mood, and wording to preserve

Questions before getting in touch
-
01 Can you make something close to a reference site I send?
Yes. We do not copy the site directly. We break down what you like: spacing, photography, tone, flow, and motion, then rebuild those ideas around your business and audience.
-
02 Is it okay to ask even though Studio Rin is still early?
Yes. Rather than inflating our track record, we make the process transparent. The owner leads decisions, AI supports drafting and implementation, and an experienced web designer reviews the work.
-
03 Does using AI lower the quality?
AI is used to increase the number of ideas, implementation passes, and checks. Final decisions, fact-checking, and wording responsibility stay with people. Confidential information is handled carefully.
-
04 Can we start without photos or copy?
Yes. We can help plan smartphone photos, required shots, copy drafts, and FAQ structure. The first consultation clarifies what needs to be prepared.
-
05 How many revision rounds are included?
The official estimate states revision rounds and scope. Small wording changes and large structural or visual changes are handled differently, so we define the line before production begins.
-
06 When does payment happen?
The first consultation and rough estimate are free. After agreement, the default flow is 50% before production begins and 50% before launch or delivery. Installments can be discussed in advance.
